Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Amelie LLC, doing business as Kaush Media ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the kaushmedia.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Our Services

We provide a business-to-business backend growth partnership for established coaches, experts, and course creators. Our model is designed to operate as an extension of your business, managing your audience monetization so you can focus on content creation and audience growth.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

High-Ticket Offer Architecture: Designing and structuring compelling backend offers.
Conversion Copywriting: Crafting all necessary sales assets, including Video Sales Letter (VSL) scripts, sales pages, and email sequences.
Daily Email Management: Taking over daily email campaigns to nurture your audience and drive sales for the offers we create.

All services are subject to a separate client partnership agreement, which will be provided to you upon engagement. Our model involves a one-time setup fee and a performance-based revenue share, the specific terms of which will be outlined in your individual client agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Client-specific assets created as part of a partnership agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Amelie LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
